Steuben County Sheriff / November 10, 2025
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on November 5, 2025, Investigators of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Frederick T. Baldock, III, age 51, of Moore Haven Drive, Bath, New York, following an investigation of a reported sexual assault. It is alleged that Mr. Baldock, currently incarcerated in the Steuben County Jail, engaged in oral sexual conduct with another person by forcible compulsion in September of 2024. Mr. Baldock was charged with Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree, a class B Felony. Mr. Baldock was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and returned to the Steuben County Jail.
